  • Heather O'Brien

    Veterinarian

Hello! Thank you for considering Animal Medical Clinic of Loudon County as your partner in caring for your 4-legged family members. My name is Heather O'Brien and I have been the owner and veterinarian at AMC for the past 20 years. Practicing veterinary medicine is a joy, and for me it is living out a childhood dream. I am a 1989 graduate of University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. The human/animal bond is remarkable. I have seen pets get autistic children to speak, give the elderly a will to live, and help those recovering from a serious illness a reason to get better. I am especially interested in preventative health care to help our pets live the longest and healthiest lives possible. My own 4-legged family consists of five dogs, seven horses, and one cat. The rest of my family consists of one husband, Jan Hahn, a retired family physician, and three wonderful daughters, Micah (29 yrs.), Avi (24 yrs.), and Mara (20 yrs.). We look forward to seeing your pets at Animal Medical Clinic and pampering them as if they were our own!

  • Brittany Davis

    Veterinary Assistant
Hi! I'm Brittany and I'm a lifelong resident of Loudon County. I graduated from MTSU with a degree in television; after I got out I found I wasn't really into the whole TV thing. So after months of soul searching I found that I wanted to work with animals. I have been a veterinary assistant for four years now. I enjoy being around animals and hope my career continues. I have a husband, Clint, two dogs, Oscar a pug and Ella a black and tan coon hound, and a cat named Dublin. I look forward to meeting everyone and especially your pets.

    Receptionist

Hi, my name is Beth! I started working at Animal Medical Clinic as a kennel assistant in January of 2008 but sadly had to leave two years later due to school. I received a Bachelors of Science in Agricultural Science and a minor in Agricultural Education from the University at Knoxville in August 2011. Nearly a year after graduating, I realized my passion in life was not working with children, but animals. Currently, I am taking classes at a community college to finish my prerequisites for vet school. My family consists of three dogs: Barley Jane, George, and Mini, four cats: Rafe, Remington, Gauge and Holland, and two horses: Alee and Cledus. After being gone for three years, it is great to be back! I can’t wait to see you and your furbabies soon!

    Veterinary Assistant

Hello, I am very excited to be the newest team member at AMC. When I started as a vet assistant two years ago, I quickly realized it's what I am meant to do. Forever! My 4-legged family has Moose-an 8 year old Mastiff mix rescued from Hurricane Katrina, Oscar-a 3 year old Dachshund, and Lexie- a 1 year old Maltese. I have been married to my best friend Keith for 14 years and we have 3 children. Haleigh is 12, Dakkota, 10, and Maranda, 7. They love animals, too! I look forward to meeting each of you and can't wait to love and care for your furbabies just like my own!
